Entertaining Test "Do you Follow 'Health' Rules?
I’ll ask you some questions and you’ll answer “Yes”
or “No”. If your answer is “Yes” – then put one point, if you say “No”
– then no points. Is everything clear? Let’s start.
1. Do you like to ride a bicycle?
2. Do you do your morning exercises every day?
3. Do you walk a lot?
4. It takes you 10 or 15 minutes to walk a km, doesn’t
it?
5. When you are on a holiday you go swimming and dancing.
6. When you are on a holiday you don’t lie in the sun
all day long, eat and drink a lot?
7. You don’t smoke, do you?
8. Do you often play a ball game?
9. Your favourite food is porridge, isn’t it?
10. You never eat chips or hot dogs.
11. Do you like Pepsi?
12. Do you take vitamins in tablets?
13. Yesterday you went to bed at 11 o’clock, didn’t you?
14. You always remember to clean your teeth in the evening.
15. You never have headaches, do you?
Teacher: Now sum up your points. If you have scored
7 points or less: Your health and your
life are in danger! You must do more exercise.
8-9 points: Could be worse, but not much bad.
10-11 points: Not bad, but could be better.
12-13 points: You are healthier than many of us;
as a result you find your life quite beautiful.
14-15 points: You are super-fit. Are you a professional
sportsman or are you a liar?
